遥かなるロシア 強気な大統領

今に始まった事ではないけれど、プーチン大統領は実に強気ですね。
その背景は何でしょう。

北方領土も日本側は返還されると、少し調子に乗っていたトーンも下がり気味になってきましたね。

ロシアの学校教育において領土を得たのは　”ドサクサ紛れの火事泥をして”　なんて教えていないので、国民は何処の分捕った地も正当に手に入れたものと思っているのに、「返しましょう」　なんて速やかに事は運びそうもないですよね。

更に最近は 伝道規制法とやらが成立しましたね。教会の敷地以外での伝道活動は違法であるとか、かなり厳しいもののようですが、今に始まった事ではなく新生ロシアになっても、繰り返し繰り返しこのような事は行われていますね。

言い分は、テロとか各種過激派に対処する規制だそうです。

チェチェン騒動やその後に続く各種テロに遭遇した国としては、然るべき対処といえますけれど、時においてかなり行き過ぎではないかとも思います。

ロシア正教以外の外国から来たキリスト教会は、伝道規制に反対してロシア国外に向けて、お祈りの共助を求めていますけれど、随分と世俗的な思想を持ち込むキリスト教会もありますので、ロシアとしたら迷惑かもしれませんよね。

クリスマスを前にしたこの時、敬虔に神様の御心を知って生きたいですね。

遥かなるロシア 心温まるお話です。

 　ロシアの古都での心温まるお話です。

　一匹の犬が凍った池に落ち、冷たい水に体温を奪われ溺死寸前だったその犬を救出した、一人の男性の動画が国内外のメディアで報じられ称賛を浴びています。

　彼の行動は死と隣り合わせの危険な行動だったが、冷たい氷に体を投げ出し、小さな命に手を差し伸べ続ける姿はロシア国内のみならず、多くの人々の心を打ち震わせた。
 
　このニュースは コストロマ川がヴォルガ川に注ぐ地、古都コストロマで起こったお話です。 

　一匹の犬が凍った池に落ちてしまう事件があった。善意の人が救急サービスに通報し、犬を心配する人々は一刻も早い救助を祈っていた。

 　だが、犬の体力は限界に近そうだ。かといって助けるといっても、いつ割れるかわからない氷の上では、一歩間違えば犬も救えず自分も溺れる可能性もある。張り詰めた空気のなか、突然ある男性が動いた！

　服を脱ぎ、上半身裸になってその池に駆け寄ったのだ。

 　下半身も肌着のみの男性は、氷に前足をかけてはい上がろうとする犬のそばに腹ばいになり、体重を分散させながらその前足に両手を伸ばした。しかし、動転している犬はとっさに男性の手に噛みついてしまう。

 　それでも男性はあきらめなかった。態勢を立て直し、再び氷にすがる犬をどうにかしてつかもうと腕を動かしながらにじり寄る。それ以上近寄ると彼も池の中に落ちてしまいそうだ。

　その時だった。犬の口を避けつつタイミングを計っていた男性の右手が、沈みかけていた犬の首の後ろグッとつかんだ。
 　
固唾をのんで救出劇を見守っていた人々からは歓声が上がり、命拾いした犬は後ろをちらりと振り返りつつヒョコヒョコと立ち去っていく。

In Russia on the 7th of this month, one dog fell into a frozen pond drownings ice cold water. One man rescued a dog . has been reported to overseas media. He was a dangerous to death or live, but he went on cold ice and continuing to reach out to a dog.  his heart went through not only in Russia but also in the many people in the world. 
 In Russia's city Cost Coma, there was a case that one dog fell into a frozen pond. People were asked  the emergency services, people worried about dogs were praying for early rescue coming.
 However, the dog's physical strength seems to be close to its limit. Even  you can help but on the ice that you do not know when to break, there is also the possibility of drowning yourself without saving dogs if you make a mistake. A man a sudden  took action ! He took off  his clothes and ran up to the pond with his upper body naked.
 A man with only the underwear.  a dog trying to get up and stretched his hands. However, the confused dog bites a man 's hand.
 Still the man did not give up who was measuring the timing while avoiding the dog's mouth grasped behind the neck of the dog who was sinking.
The cheers have risen from the people, and the rescued dog who looked around and quietly left.

ウラジミール　プーチン氏はトランプ氏の勝利を祝福した最初の大統領となった。

プーチン大統領とトランプ氏は選挙期間中、エールを交わしておりましたよね。

今後、どの様な外交が展開されていくのかは推測し難いけれど、世界の混乱の収拾と平和への道を開いて欲しいものですね。

I do not know what kind of diplomacy will be developed, but I would like them to open up the road to collecting world confusion and make peace.

遥かなるロシア ゴルバチョフの杞憂

 ゴルバチョフ氏は冷戦を終わらせ、ノーベル平和賞を授与され、西側にも評判の良かった共産政権最後の大統領として誰でも知るかたですね。

この氏が　”冷戦を終わらせたのに、世界は再び大戦に突入しようとしている”　と嘆かれ、更に下記のようなメッセージを語っております。

　今日の世界はなぜ混沌としていて、不公正で、軍事主義化しているのだろうか。世界的な東西の対立が終わり、新技術の可能性がかつてないほど高まれば、世界に新しい息吹がもたらされ、ひとりひとりの生活が向上するのではなかったのか。現実はそうはならなかった。”

以下に続く長文には平和への提言が具体的に記され、説得力があります。

国際的金貸や中国、西側諸国のドロドロの政治的経済的駆け引きよりも、ロシアのありようのほうがより明瞭であるように私には思われますけれど、「そんな事はない」と、わが隣人のロシアさんは言っています。

まずはロシアの内政の安定と平和を、我々に見せる事が急務なのでしょうね。

遥かなるロシア 茸狩り

数日前の夕方、庭先に出たら隣のロシアさん家庭が、何処からか帰ってきたのに出っくわしました。

「茸狩りに行ってきた！見てごらん」奥さんが嬉しそうにハントした茸を見せてくれました。

ロシアでは「静かな狩猟（キノコ採り）」は体に染み付いていると言われているほどですから、アメリカに来て何年も経ていても、確りと伝統を守っているのですね。

「茸を全部採ってきたらいけないのだ。自然保護だ。」と息子が水を注しています。

アメリカでは特別に保護されている茸があるそうで、6個以上採って＄６０００．００の罰金を食らった人も居るとか。

自然保護が何とかといっても、 ロシアでの茸狩りは秋の風物詩です。

ロシア国に限らずその辺一帯の国々、ウクライナでもベラルーシでもバルト3国でもコーカサスでも、この時期一斉に茸狩りに精を出していることでしょう。

私は昔リトアニアの森でで茸狩りをしました。

太古から存在している雰囲気の森の中に入って、土地の叔母さんが決して毒キノコをハントしないように、茸狩りの手ほどきをしてくれました。

日本でも昔は秋が来るとお婆ちゃんに連れられて、子供達は茸狩りにも、栗拾いにも、イナゴ取りにも行ったものでした。今でも其の茸が、食用か胡散臭いものかは見分けが付きますよ。

自然とともに四季を味わうのは、心が落ち着きますね。

" You can not  take all the mushrooms for natural protection." My son warned."
The case in the United States there is a special mushroom is protected can not get more than 6 peaces,  Some one got $6,000.00 fine of six or more taking.Mushroom hunting in Russia is a fall tradition.Not only  the Russian also around the area, in the Caucasus in the three Baltic countries in the Belorussia also in Ukraine, I think that all at once to have a mushroom hunt.I made a mushroom hunting in Lithuania.We got  into the forest of the atmosphere that exists from ancient times, one lady teach us to get good mushrooms that we can eat.Old days in  Japan,  grandmother took children  to mushroom hunting, to picking chestnuts also the locusts up. Even now I can tell whether edible mushrooms or not.This is good with nature.

遥かなるロシア 事実は？

プーチン大統領と言う方はとても分からない人ですね。
敵か見方か分からない。

宣教をしていた我々家族もその昔、この方によってロシアから追っ払われたのでしたけれど、 昔も今もロシアを混乱させようとする勢力があるのですから、 同情する向きも少なからずありもしました。

アメリカにおいて氏を少しでも擁護した発言をすると、私の周囲の良き市民達は
「貴方！何を言っているの？」と言った目つきで見返してくれますし、それがヨーロッパからの人であるなら、憤慨やるかたない目つきで睨まれます。

この方随分と嫌われているのですね。

「当たり前でしょう！」と言われそうですね。

日本ではこれほどではないように思えますのも、氏が柔道家であったりするからでしょうかね。

日本国は12月半ば氏をお迎えして、ある結果を見る事が出来ますね。
固唾を呑む思いです。



It is hard to tell about President Putin whether he is an opponent or not.
By the way many years ago, He is the one to kick us up from  Russia. But I was some sympathize about  because some power trying to make Russia to be confused.
In hear America people from many countries who doesn't like Putin so much.
May be Japanese people are not so bad to him because He is a Judo expert.
Will see very soon Japanese can see result.

遥かなるロシア 選挙

９月18日にロシアでは下院選挙が行われましたね。

其の日の選挙会場のモニターや、投票率や投票結果なぞ見るに付け知るに付け聞くにつけ、良くぞやるわ選挙違反を。

とある会場では何故かカメラが設置されてあり、一人が何十枚もの投票用紙を箱に入れている様子を捉えているし、与野党の得票数が野党においては時間が経つにつれて目減りしていたり、与野党の合計得票率が１５０％になっていたり。出来うる全ての違反を駆使した違反のオンパレードでした。

さすが野党も黙って見過ごす事は出来ず、プーチン氏が大統領に就任した2000年以降最大の抗議デモが行われ、沢山の人が拘束されたそうです。

困った事ですね。
