遥かなるロシア 選挙

９月18日にロシアでは下院選挙が行われましたね。

其の日の選挙会場のモニターや、投票率や投票結果なぞ見るに付け知るに付け聞くにつけ、良くぞやるわ選挙違反を。

とある会場では何故かカメラが設置されてあり、一人が何十枚もの投票用紙を箱に入れている様子を捉えているし、与野党の得票数が野党においては時間が経つにつれて目減りしていたり、与野党の合計得票率が１５０％になっていたり。出来うる全ての違反を駆使した違反のオンパレードでした。

さすが野党も黙って見過ごす事は出来ず、プーチン氏が大統領に就任した2000年以降最大の抗議デモが行われ、沢山の人が拘束されたそうです。

困った事ですね。

遥かなるロシア おかしな話

最近の話、自家用車の影がセンター　ラインを越えていたのが理由で、チケットを受け取った人がいたそうですね。

これは勿論さすがロシアでも、ポリスに抗議したら解決されたそうですけれど、それ以前にも愛犬にシートベルトを与えていなかったとかでチケットがきたとか。笑い話みたいですけれど、何事にも　”ポリスが係わって来るのが厄介だな。”　と思います。

何故なら、我々が住んでいた昔はロシアのポリスは気味が悪くて、係わりたくなかった人たちでしたから。今は昔のお話であって欲しいですね。

Some one got ticket because his car's shadow was over the center line. He complained to police and he was safe. Before this story some one got ticket because he didn't  gave seat belt to his dog.
These are fanny story but we don't like something police was involved because when we were in Russia, they were not happy people that was our feeling. I hope peace now.

遥かなるロシア バルト海の琥珀

私はバルト海沿岸ロシアの飛び地、カリニンラードから買い求めてきた琥珀のネックレスとイヤリングを毎日着用しています。

琥珀のネックレスは、喉の健康に良いそうですね。

数日前近くの雑貨屋さんにて、老婦人が「貴方のネックレスは琥珀でしょう？どこで買ったの？それを私に売ってくれない？」というので＄１０．００で売って差し上げました。

カリニングラードから帰国するとき、総額＄１００.００程の琥珀のネックレスやブレスレット、キーチェーンを買ってきました。其の地で琥珀はそれはそれは安くて、更に顔見知りから買ったので、琥珀をふんだんに使った数個のネックレスやブレスレットやキーチェーンが買えました。

私がいつも身につけていたネックレスは、商品を作った際に残る屑琥珀と言われるもので、それほど艶もなければ形も整っていないけれどとても自然体で、二束三文で買ってきたものを帰国のお土産にホイホイト友人知人に分けてあげました。

 琥珀は4500万年以上も前の松柏科植物から生まれたものとは誰でもご存知、琥珀の中には虫をはじめとした草の種や自然界のあらゆる小物が閉じ込められているものも多くあり、途方もない太古へのタイムカプセルの旅となりますね。

琥珀の産地は世界に数多くあるけれど、我がカリニングラードの琥珀。
いわゆるバルト海の琥珀は既に絶滅した樹木から生まれたもので、その品質、 希少価値から世界最高峰と言われています。 当時自然豊かな森林で多くの琥珀が誕生したのち、この地域は海底に沈んでしまいました。 そのため、バルト海の琥珀は「Sea Amber（海の琥珀）」と呼ばれ、今もなお特に嵐の後には海底が波に削られ、多くの琥珀の原石が海岸に打ち上げられるそうです。

自然の営みは途方もなく、雄大で美しいですね。



I am wearing the Baltic Sea amber necklace and earrings in everyday that  purchased in Kariningrado where we were living.  It is said Amber necklace is good for health of the throat. In a few days ago in the sundries shop, one old lady asked me "Where did you get your amber necklace? Could you sell your necklace for me?"  I sold to her $ 10.00.   When I came back in US  from Kaliningrad, I bought a total of $ 100.00 of the amber necklace, bracelet and key chain. Amber in Kaliningrad was so cheap, also  I bought from one friend, I got several  necklaces, bracelet and key chain using plenty of amber.
Necklace that I was always wearing is a scrap amber that after products made but it is very much natural beauty.
 Amber was born more than 45 million years ago that many kind of  small insects have been trapped in, time capsule of tremendous to ancient times.  Our amber of Kaliningrad, so-called Baltic Sea which was born from the already extinct trees,  quality is the world highest. After a lot of amber was born in  forest at that time, this area was sunk to the seabed. Therefore, Baltic amber was named the "Sea Amber (sea of ​​amber)", You can see after the storm  many of amber are ashore.  
Nature is tremendously a magnificent and  beautiful.

遥かなるロシア チェーホフとサハリン島Остров Сахалин

サハリン島のチェーホフ像

劇作家・小説家そして高名な医師として知られるチェーホフの著書に、「サハリン島 Остров Сахалин」というドキュメンタリーがあるそうですね。

その内容はサハリンへの旅行記録及び流刑地調査の詳細な記録であり、1893年以降1895年まで順事発表されたそうです。

高名な作家であり医師であったチェーホフが、凶悪な犯罪者たちがたむろしているといわれていたロシアの流刑地サハリンに3ヶ 月がかりで出向き、そこで3ヶ月働き、監獄、軍立病院や隔離病棟なぞの衛生状態を視察し、流刑囚を診察・治 療し、カルテを1万枚書いたと言われる、サハリンに出向いた動機はなんだったのでしょうか。

当時の劣悪な社会情勢下でのロシアの民衆の苦しみを、深く「共に苦しんだ」チェーホフでありましたから、 気がつけばあまりに多くの時を文学に費やし、”医師として人々を助ける自分の使命が疎かになってしまっている。”　と思ったようです。

其の中で特筆すべきは、間宮林蔵の名前が、彼の「東韃紀行」の書名とともに掲げられ、海峡発見の第一人者と記されており、「サハリンの処女探検の権利は疑いもなく日本人に属し、日本人が最初に南サハリンを領有したのである」と明記されているということです。





There is a book called (Sakhalin Island "Остров Сахалин" ) by Chekhov who is known as a playwright, novelist.  Content of this book is a  travel records and  survey of Sakhalin, it  has been published   year 1893 to 1895 in Moscow.
  Famous  writer Chekhov was a famous doctor also, that age in Sakhalin prison camp heinous criminals hang out. He   took three months travel to get there and staying three months. He worked for  prison, military hospitals, inspected the sanitary conditions of the barracks (isolation ward), and care consultation the convicts, says wrote 10,000 medical records.
Chekhov's life was together with  the Russian people of suffering in that undeveloped age, to help people as doctor.
Also Chekhov  talked about   Rinzo Mamiya and his book, Rinzo has been the Strait discovery, "Sakhalin rights of virgin exploration  It belongs to the Japanese without any doubt that the Japanese have been noted as the first to be had  territorial southern Sakhalin. "

遥かなるロシア 厳しい情勢ですね

夏という時は身近なものから、社会、世界の動きが激しくて此処にもあそこにも大小の火の手が上がって、日本近海が危険だと心配していたら、ロシアの飛び地バルトカ海のカリニングラードがNATO軍によって包囲され、日本近海とよく似た状況が展開しているのですね。

今は老いたゴルバチョフ氏が　「私が冷戦を終わらせた。しかし既に戦争の準備ができてしまった。」　と嘆いておられるという話を聞きました。

ロシアのドーピング問題も国家ぐるみと言われて、当然のことながら世界を怒らせ呆れさせることながら、一触即発のバルト海の様相を知ればドーピング問題に対する、世間のバッシングの激しさが分かるというものです。

然し、この世界危機の背後の真相は何でしょう？



Summer is the busy time from individual, society, and nation. I am worried about South, East China sea because of China where is dangerous. Now I know  Kaliningrad of Russia is surrounded by NATO troops. similar situation around the south, east China sea.
Now Mr. old Gorbachev, "I have put an end to the Cold War. But already. The preparation had made of the war," I heard a story that doth lamented.
Russian Doping problem, of course this is matter make angry to the world, knowing the appearance of hair-trigger of the Baltic Sea, is understood the severity of the public bashing is.
However, what is the truth behind this world crisis?

遥かなるロシア ピアノの発表会

お隣のロシアさんの、若い娘達が通うピアノ教室の発表会がよかったですよ。 

教室の先生はベロルシアからやってきた婦人なので、十数人の生徒もほとんどロシア人で先生のクラス　ルームは,「ダー」「ハラショー」「スパシバー」なんて単語が、行き交わっておりました。 

私達家族もロシアに居たときには、わが娘も息子もピアノやギター教室に通い発表会にも参加しました。 

なにせ授業料が、$１とか＄２とか、”これは有難い。子供達に楽器を習わせるチャンスだ”　と思うとともに、こんな小さな金額で教える先生方を気の毒に思いましたが、先生方はとても熱心で、熱心すぎるとしばしば思いました。　 

お隣のロシアさんも、移民１世で生活は楽ではないけれど、子供には熱心に教育をしております。 

ロシア人は食うや食わずでも子供達には一生懸命勉強させ、ごく普通にピアノも弾けるようにするし、歌も上手に歌えるようにするし、住む家は傾いていても、ひたすらファッションに気を配り、「芸術でメシは食えない」ナゾと言う事もなく、その文化度は強面の大統領が支配する国とは思えませんね。 

優れた国を築く事ができる、才能がある人々と思われます。

Three young daughters of our Russian neighbor invited us for  piano recital for their piano class.
Piano teacher is a lady who came from Veraruisu that her most students are Russian. So in her class are going around  "Dah," "Harasho" "Supashiba".
In the time we  were in Russia, my daughter and  son were also participated in the recital went to the piano or guitar class.
They asked all tuition was $ 1 or $ 2 .This was a chance to learn instruments to children,  I felt sorry for the teacher to teach in such a small amount of money. The teachers are very enthusiastic to teach, often it was eager too much.
Our Russian neighbor is  the first generation of immigrant so their life is not easy. But parents are eagerly educate for children. Russians are giving serious education  to  children not only study but also many kind of art and fashion even they are not enough to eat also living humble  house. Seems like they never say "Study art you can not eat in your future."  Hard to believe this kind of culture living under strong dominating leader.
It seems that they have a talent that can build a better country.

遥かなるロシア 横転した車のそばで眠り呆ける2人の男性

ロシアで、横転した車にもたれかかって眠り呆ける、2人の男性の姿が撮影された。

飲酒運転で路肩に転がり落ち、自暴自棄になってやけ酒をあおったとみられる。 

所は果てしない荒野の広がるムルマンスク州、通りがかりの人が助太刀を申し入れたけれど、起きるのも面倒くさいと断られたそうです。

ところでプーチン大統領は、お酒を飲まない人だそうですね。 

女性達の支持率が高いのは、当たり前ですよ。
