遙かなるロシア 贈り物

　10月7日がプーチン大統領の６５歳のお誕生日だったのですね。まだまだお若いですね。

お誕生日にちなんで、これはおもしろいと話題になっているお話は、プーチン大統領とトルクメニスタンのベルディ ムハメドフ大統領が11日、何がしかの会談をし、その会議の冒頭ムハメドフ大統領がトルクメニスタンのシンボルにもなっている「アラバイ犬」の仔犬をプーチン大統領へのプレゼントとして贈ったそうです。

この「アラバイ」と呼ばれる犬種は、中央アジアで羊を守るお利口さんな犬だそうです。

ケージに入れられて登場した仔犬を取り出したムハメドフ大統領は、ご覧のように首根っこをワシズカミにして空中ブランコのように振って、皆々様にご披露してる画像がありますね。

気の毒な仔犬は何が起こったのか分からない困惑顔。それを凝視する犬好きのプーチン氏の困惑顔。そして即座にほほえみながら仔犬を抱きかかえ、そっとキスをするプーチン大統領。

仔犬はロシア語で「誠実、忠実な」という意味の「ヴェールヌイ」と名付けられということです。


October 7th was the 65th birthday of President Putin. He is still young.
This is an interesting topic, President Putin and President Burdy Muhamedov of Turkmenistan had meeting on the 11th. This time, President Muhammadov gave a puppy that a symbol of Turkmenistan "Arabai" as a birthday gift to President Putin.
The puppy appeared in a cage ,  President Muhammadov pick up the puppy's neck  as cat and showing people.
A pitiable puppy does not know what happened,  Mr. Putin who likes dog, hold the puppy with smile  and kissing softly.
The puppy was named "Veilnui" meaning "sincere, faithful".

遥かなるロシア 悪習

心理学者と社会学者がロシア人に典型的な悪習をいくつか指摘した。喫煙、悪態、お茶の飲みすぎ、せわしなさなどetc.

その一つに、やたらと忠告したがること――も、子供連れでバスや電車に乗ると、周りの乗客から、「子供の正しい育て方」について短期講座さながらの説教を聞かされる羽目になるだろう。-ロシアNow-

正にそうでした。我が家族がロシアに生活していたころは、娘が9歳。息子が6歳でしたので、外国からやって来たわれら家族は、ロシア住民達の恰好の忠告相手となったようです。

特に冬、息子は寒さを余り感じない体質のようで、雪の降る戸外でも少し動くとジャケットを脱いでしまうのです。その下には分厚いジャンプスーツを着ているので、私から見れば寒くはないなと思うのですけれど、近隣のバブシカが怒鳴り込みにやって来ました。「子供にジャケットを着せない親の顔を見たいものだ」と怒鳴ったと、現地の若者が通訳してくれました。

彼らは怒鳴るのですよね。とても悪いことをしている親だと思うからだからでしょうかね。その他にもああだこうだと言ってくれましたね。彼ら同士でもしばしば声高に言い合いをしていましたし。

ロシア滞在中の物語として、お隣のロシアさんに話すと「そうなのよねー。なんででしょうねー。やんなっちゃうわよねー。」と彼女にとっても嬉しいことではないようでした。

これらはやはり「悪習」の一つとして挙げられているのですね。感じ悪かったですものね。


Psychologists and sociologists pointed out some typical bad habits for Russians. Smoking, curse, excessive drinking of tea, bothersome etc.

One thing that they would like to give advice - also when you get on a bus or train with a child, you will be told by the surrounding passengers that you are being told as a short-course lecture about 'proper way to raise children' right.

It was right. By the time my family was living in Russia, my daughter was nine years old. My son was six years old, so our family who came from a foreign country seems to be a good advice for Russian citizens.
Especially in the winter, my son who does not feel much cold, and even snowy outdoors he took off the jacket. Below he was wearing a thick jumpsuit, so  it is not cold from my view point, but the neighboring Babshika came to shout at me.  "I want to see the face of a parent not wearing a jacket on a child",  young Russian interpreted to me.
They like to shout.  I guess  because of bad  parent.  Even among them, they were often making loud discussions.
When talking to the neighboring Russia as a story  staying in Russia.   it is not a pleasant thing for her, she said  "That's they are. I wonder why? . "
These are listed as one of "bad habits".  Now I know no one likes it.

遥かなるロシア ロシアと北朝鮮の仲

中国　ロシア　北朝鮮が一望できるポイント

日本では北朝鮮問題は、米中首脳会談にかかっているように言われていますけれど，そうでしょうかね。

ロシアと北朝鮮の関係はかなり深そうですけれど。

「米中の話がうまくいって、北朝鮮は中国のものだ。となるかもしれません。」と話している人もいますよ。そうでしょうかね。ロシアが黙っているでしょうかね。

専門家と言われる人たちの喧々囂々の議論がありますけれど，誰も分からない。

何よりも北朝鮮とか韓国とか困った国であるけれど，一応は主権国家なのですよね。その頭越しに列強が自国の利益を振り回して、よその国の身の振り方を決めるのは昔も今もおかしな話です。

遥かなるロシア ハサンХасан

　

9月3日に北朝鮮で核実験が行われ，困ったことになりましたけれど，実験場になっている豊渓里（プンゲリ）という地は中国にもロシアにも近い場所なのですね。

ロシア側はハサンと言う名の都市で、ここの住民には避難命令が出ていたので、プーチン大統領は核実験が行われるのを知っていたのだろうと言われています。

ロシアのハサンという国境の町は、豆満江を超えれば、北朝鮮。また中国領が豆満江沿いに、細長く伸びていて、ロシアのハサン駅のあたりで、ぷっつりと切れます。その珍しい立地故に　”朝、鶏が鳴けば、三国に聞こえる”　と言われている町であるようです。

地球上の最果ての地のような荒涼としたイメージしか私にはないのですけれど、日本にとっては歴史に残る場所満州国でした。

１９３８年ソビエトとの国境紛争張鼓峰事件が勃発した地域でもあります。日本にとってこの紛争は日露戦争後アジアを侵略する欧米列強との本格的な戦いとなりました。

この紛争で日本が直面した赤軍は、高度の機械化された兵器を持っていたのでした。その後日本はその遅れを持ったまま、太平洋戦争に行かねばならない悲劇に見舞われてしまいました。

戦後７０年を過ぎた今でもこ地が問題の地であるのが辛いですね。


Nuclear tests were  in North Korea on September 3, and it became a troublesome thing,  the place called Pungari where   is close to China and Russia.

Hasan border town, crosing Dumanji, already North Korea.  the Chinese territory extends along the duma river narrowly, and it can be  around Hasan station in Russia. In this area, if the rooster make noise in the morning, people in the three countries can hear noise.
I have only a desolate image like the farthest land on the planet but it  was in  Manchuria where the historic place for Japan.
In 1938 the border dispute with the Soviets The Zhang dynasty incident also broke out. For Japan this conflict became a full battle with Western powers that invaded Asia after the Russo-Japanese War.
in the  Sea of Japan Sea. The Red Army that Japan faced in this conflict had highly mechanized weapons. After that Japan was hit by a tragedy that had to go to the Pacific War with that delay mechanized weapons. Even now this area is a troublesome.

遙かなるロシア ロシアの妖精

２０１４年ソチオリンピックで活躍したフィギュアスケート「ロシアの妖精」ことユリア・リプニツカヤ選手が引退するのですね。  

まだ１９歳なのですよね。

若くて美しい真っ只中ですのにね。  

御洒落で美人が多いことで名高いロシア女性といえば、つい最近も「この人はこんなに綺麗だったのだ」とビックリしたのは、それ程の年でもないロシア女性の若かりし日の写真を見せられて、時の経る無情を感じました。

ロシアではちょっとその辺で、美しい女性に出会いますけれど彼女らの美の寿命は長くはないですね。

ロシアの平均寿命が初めて72歳に

2017年8月23日 アレクセイ・チモフェイチェフ、ロシアNOW　約1世紀前には30.5歳だったロシアの寿命は、2倍以上に延びた。

十数年前我々がロシアに住んでいた頃、ロシア人の平均寿命は男が５０才とかと言われていました。

現在の平均寿命は相変わらず男女差がありながらも、男性の平均寿命が女性よりも10年ほど短い66.5歳。女性の平均寿命は77歳であるそうです。

ロシア男性の短命の理由はウォッカにあるらしいとは知られていますけれど、最近こんなお話があります。

ロシア人の39%が絶対禁酒主義者だという。アルコールを一滴も飲まない。本当なのだろうか。「全ロシア世論調査センター」の調査によれば、これは本当である。

近年ロシアのウォッカの消費量が現象しているのは確かなようです。

「健康的なライフスタイルへの変化、喫煙量、アルコール消費量の減少」であると報告がでているとのこと。

困った習慣が一つでも減ることは良いことです。

It is known that Russian men's short-lived reasons seem to be in vodka,but this is another story.

遥かなるロシア バイカル湖の水が

「シベリアの真珠」と呼ばれるバイカル湖は誰もが知る湖で、その湖が随分と汚染されてきているのも我々の心配事です。 

その汚染の度合いもバルト海並だと言われています。バルト海は汚かったですよ。海水が汚染で重たくて、子供たちが泳いだりするのがとても気になりました。 

そのバイカル湖に最近プーチン大統領が訪れて、「この湖が極めて高い汚染状態にあると警鐘を鳴らした。」そうです。今頃何を。ですね。 

”プーチン大統領は環境保護にとても情熱を持っていると言いながら、バイカル湖を汚す巨大な製紙工場を閉鎖しもしたけれど、雇用の問題で再開を余儀なくされ、環境保護活動をするNGOを弾圧したりもしている。”　
とかメディアは暗に批判していますけれど，ここにロシアの悩みがありますね。 

湖を汚すことが分かっているけれど製紙工場を閉鎖に持っていけない経済事情もあるし、環境保護団体とその名はいいけれど、その団体を支援する背後の外国資本勢力に何らかの企みのあるのも分かっているし、、、、、、
困ったことです。

"President Putin said that he had a very passion for environmental protection,he closed down a huge paper mill that polluted Lake Baikal, he was forced to resume due to employment problems and cracked NGOs that carry out conservation activities that way the media is criticizing . there are troubles of Russia.
They know that huge paper mills factory it will pollute the lake, but there are economic reason that can not close, also environmental protection groups that their names are nice, but we know that there is some plan on the foreign capital behind that group this is in trouble.
Need good solution.
