遥かなるロシア ウクライナ情勢は

ウクライナ情勢は、武力衝突という事態には至らず、プーチン大統領がロシア軍の撤収を命じたので落ち着きを取り戻しているようすです。

プーチン大統領が記者会見をし、 「ロシアにはクリミア自治共和国を併合する考えはない。」　といったそうです。

アメリカでは大統領が、ロシアに対して経済制裁をするとか言っているうちに、クリミア自治国はロシアに編入するかしないか議会で決めるし、住民投票もしたりするらしいです。

実に素早く行動しますね。　”ヤッタゼ　大統領”　て感じですね。

私たちNGOでロシアで仕事をし、追い出された者にとってありがたくは無かった方でしたけれど、未だ敵であるか見方であるか見極めはつきがたいのですけれど、この人は日本食が好きで、氏がよく来る日本レストラン、といわれるレストランがモスクワにありましたね。

日本食はともかくとして　”柔道によって、若かった時代の生活が正されたとか”　そのような内容の氏の話を聞くと、怖そうな人の中にそこはかとなく人間味を感じたりもします。そしてチェスもさぞかし上手なことでしょう。

最近の言動を見聞きするにつけ、この人に関する見方が私自身の中で変わってきています。
この人は愛国者なのだ。と思うようになりました。

だからといって軍隊を動かして、お隣さんを脅かしてくれるのはとても困るのですけれど。

昔々、ウガンダにいたころ、ムサベニ大統領は共産主義者だと思いました。

その昔、この国は北朝鮮と国交があり、首都キャンペラの町には、金日成バッジをつけた目の釣りあがった身も震えるオーラーを発して、北朝鮮の人が歩いていましたものね。

やがて時がたち、私たちはムサベニ大統領は愛国者であると思うようになりました。

この大統領とプーチン大統領が重なって見えるようになりました。
「それでもロシアは嫌いだ。」
とわが隣人たちは言っておりますけれど、、、

それにしてもウクライナと言えば、世界の穀倉地と言われる肥沃な土地を有しているのに、それが適切に管理されないで、民が難儀しているのが心痛いです。今度こそ、国を思う指導者が 現れてほしいですね。

Also He must be a good Ches player.  To see and hear the words and actions of recent , perspective on this person will have changed in my own .Now I think this person that he 's a patriot . But  moving the troops ,  threatening the neighbor 's ,  it is very troubled . 
It was a long time ago  I was in Uganda , I thought President Museveni was communist . There were diplomatic relations with North Korea  , the town of the capital Kampala ,men of North Korea were walking with strong eyes wearing a Kim Il Sung badge .It was a scarring. We now think President Museveni be a patriot. I now see President Putin and the president of Uganda they are overlap."anyway I do not like Russia ".my neighbors  are saying , but you must keep an eye on the person .I hope for Ukraine going to have good reader.

遥かなるロシア オリンピックが終わったら、、、、

オリンピックにテロ事件は無かったけれど、オリンピックが終われば踵を返して、尖閣諸島付近でロシアと中国との合同演習。

間髪を入れず、ウクライナに軍事侵攻ですか。

あらゆる腐敗と恐怖、諸々の不安から、一般庶民が一日も早く解放されますように。

遥かなるロシア オリンピック

我が家でも連日繰り広げられる競技に、熱心に見入っています。
「ロシア人は雪と氷に慣れているからね」
親父さんがフッと言いました。
「そうだね。我々もロシアの冬は雪と氷の中で暮らしていたね。よく滑って転んだものよ。」

どれほど雪が積もっても、地方都市では除雪車なんて来ないし、塩みたいなものも撒かないし、昔々から生活してきたそのまま、人々は雪道を確りと雪を踏みしめながら、ゆっくりと歩きます。
毛皮のコートを着込んだ体格の良いおば様方は、鷹揚な貴婦人の様な歩き姿でした。

市内を流れる小川でない、川が氷ればリノック（マーケット）への近道になるので、氷結した中級の河をゆっくり歩いて老いも若きも、子供も犬も渡っていきます。
さすが私はこのまねはできませんでしたね。

氷や雪の中で生き生きと活躍するロシアの選手を見ながら、転んで痛かった時を思い出しました。

遥かなるロシア ソチ オリンピック

 

連日、選手達は熱戦を繰り広げ、力強い美の祭典ですね。

その祭典を支えるロシアの働き人は、大変な苦労の毎日の様子です。

聖火の火が何度も消えたとか、開会式の五輪の一つが開かなかったとか、いろいろあるとしても何とかやっていますね。

それにしても、外国からこの日のための建設やら何やらに出稼ぎに来た人たちに、賃金が払えていないとか。自国民は勿論の事。かもしれませんね。

ソヴィエト時代は賃金の遅れとか未払いとか、公共機関から個人に至るまでごく普通であったようですし。

冬になれば貴婦人の毛皮のコートも、賃金の代価として貰った物だとかその様な話も聞きましたよ。

ボルゴグラードの寒村のオバサンも、毎日近所のデリー　ファームに仕事に行くけれど、賃金は6ヶ月もらってないと言っていました。

私が大いに驚いて　「お金ももらわないのに何故、熱心に働きに行くの」　と聞くと　「そのうち払うだろう」　と、困り顔で言っていました。

こうした純朴な民衆の受難って、よくないですよね。

共産時代又はそれを遡る時代からの悪い習慣を変えて、良い社会を導き出す為には、まだまだ長い時間を必要とするようです。

 Every day ,  it is a celebration of strong beauty .Workers of Russia to support the Olympic it  is  such an effort .It was doing somehow fire of the torch this was blew up many times , in opening ceremony one of the Olympic ring was  not open , some and many things happen even so they are keep doing. This is good.
but I hard the people who came from another country to the construction  for this day ,they were not payed wages yet. Include of Russian also maybe.It seems to be quite common such as unpaid or delay of wages , up to the individual from public institutions Soviet era .I heard lady's fur coat  as a price of wages  .One lady in  poor village of Volgograd also, go to work in Delhi farm in the neighborhood every day who has not got six months wages. I have greatly surprised .and I asked , " Why  are you going to work diligently you do not get money ," .She has  been saying, " They will pay someday ,"  It 's is not good, do not cherish , these simple and honest person .
It takes long time and effort to build good society having bad costume from past.

遥かなるロシア 砕氷船オビ号

”南極物語”　とか　”TVシリーズ南極大陸”　とかは日本人間では、その昔から、誰もが知っていると言えるほどに有名なのですよね。

こう申す私はその名は多少は知るものの、それらはわが生活圏外に存在しておりました。

ところがどうした事かごく最近　「これ、いいわよ」　と、友が手渡してくれた、”南極大陸”　のDVDを見ることになりました。

”タローにジロー”　知っていますよ。
今を去ること50有余年。第一次南極観測でした。
私たちは南極に置き去りにされた樺太犬達の為に泣き、生きていたタローとジローに歓喜したものでした。

我が日本、その時代の社会的背景は、戦後とか敗戦国とかと言う名を背負っていた時代だったのですね。

子供だった我々にはそのような、国家に対する自覚はほとんどなく、中学校時代から始まった受験戦争に突入した年でした。

そしてその名も氷る”東西冷戦”の時代でもありました。

いわゆる戦後であったその時代、日本は”宗谷”という名の小さい年老いた砕氷船しかもっていなかったという事実は、ソ連のガッッイ砕氷船　”オビ号”　に助けらた感動的物語で知ったものでした。
その名も恐ろしい”ソ連”という名の国。
国交さえもなかった時代でした。

”神様の領域”　と言われた南極大陸に働くもの達にとって、神様の創造がすべてであり、人間の争いを超越した次元にいたのでしょうね。

鉄のカーテンがどうのこうのもなくソ連のオビ号が、氷に閉ざされた”宗谷”を助けてくれたのはタロージローの生存とともに、とても感動したニュースでした。

その後、救助された　”宗谷”　側の談話が　「有難かったが、自力でも脱出できた」　とか何とか言ったのでそれを聞いていた母と私は気分を害して、「ありがとう」だけ言っていればいいのにね。
と言いあった、今は亡き母との会話もはっきりと覚えています。

遠い昔の出来事が、今よみがえってきたのが不思議です。

そんな思いにふけっていた最近、ロシアの観測船が南極海で氷に閉ざされて、昨年12月24日から10日間にわたり、中国、フランス、オーストリアの3隻の砕氷船が接近を試みたがあえなく断念。

　その後中国の雪龍号搭載のヘリコプターで空から救助することに作戦を切り替え、中国の氷解船雪龍号の救助ヘリが到着、科学者や観光客、報道関係者らからなる乗客５０数人を救出したそうです。

神様の領域では、今もなおかつ世界は一つですね。

It 's is famous  in Japan  that everyone knows l" Antarctica TV series " or " Antarctica " . but for me this had been present in my life is out of range them  . But  recently my friend has handed me .

I know the story about " Giro and Taro "  it was more than 50 years ago.It was what you crying for Sakhalin dogs that have been left behind in Antarctica , after one year we found out Giro and Taro they were  alive .That age the social background ,  it was a period that had been carrying the name says after the war , the defeated country still . I was young didn't think about position of Japan in th world, I was just busy for examination war .And it was  also the era for the name of " East-West Cold War " .The fact that era , Japan had only icebreaker was old small named " Soya "  ,  Anyway this boat had a trouble could not get out from ice asked to help to  " Obi  " of the Soviet Union   that " the Soviet Union " .It was the era did not even diplomatic relations between Japan to Soviet Union.For those who work in Antarctica that was called " area of God " , the creation of God is all,  in a dimension that transcends the struggle of human beings  This story was so beautiful along with the survival of Taro and jiro ,My mother and I was listening about news but it was upset then , someone of " Soya  said "somehow  was thankful , but was able to escape in our own "  "thank you" .is enough. My mother and I talked about.   It is strange it was long time ago , it has been revived now But recently research vessel of Russia is closed to ice in the Antarctic Ocean, for 10 days from December 24 last year, icebreaker three ships China, France, Austria tried to approach but sadly giving up.Switch to be rescued from the sky by helicopter of Yukiryu-go  of China rescue helicopter of the break-up ship the 50 number passengers to be tourists and scientists, from press officials seems to have rescued. In the "area of God", the world  it is one even now.
