遥かなるロシア 隣の国エストニア

エストニアを訪ねる用事というのは、リトアニア同様ヴィザの更新のためでした。

我々のロシア時代すなわちエリッイン大統領の頃には、外国人に対してかなり寛容でヴィザは一年間くれたし、但しロシアはヴィザさえあれば何処にも永居出来るというわけではなく、滞在したいところではレジストレーションを申請し許可されなくてはなりませんでした。

時が経るに従って、外国人に対して締め付けが厳しくなり、ヴィザはありながら滞在できる都市が少なくなり、徐々に水際に追いやられ、今ではヴィザの変更のために自国に帰らなければならないそうですね。

我々の時は国境を越せば更新できましたけれど、どの国もが親切に更新してくれたわけではなく、すぐ近くのウクライナに行くと事が面倒になったりしたので、比較的容易に更新してくれた隣人であるエストニアに行ったのでした。

エストニアはバルト３国の最も北に位置しています。

この小さな国はこの界隈が受け続けて来た 侵略の対象となりながらソヴィエトロシア崩壊後、独立することが出来ました。

いつもエストニアにはヴィザを取りに行くだけ。

ロシアと言う国は出入国が何かと難儀なので、無事にロシアに戻れるまでは安心できない緊張感がありましたから、ヴィザが取れたら一目散に戻ってきました。

子供をロシア国内に置いてきているのですから、ことは深刻でした。

そのような訳で、観光に心を使っているゆとりも無く、ロシア大使館の界隈を徘徊していただけでこの国が誇る何かを見るチャンスはありませんでした。

 とにかく行くたびに私たちが滞在する知り合いは、タリンの下町の冴えない、多くのロシア人が住むこぐロシア風のアパートに住んでいましたから、ロシアの延長のようでした。

この国ではソヴィエト　ロシアに占領されていた時代、ソヴィエト　ロシアから移住させられたロシア人が独立後、残留ロシア人として問題になっています。
数年前にはかなり暴れたりして、新聞沙汰になっていました。

とにかく、モスクワを夕方出た列車が朝方４時頃、国境の駅に来て止まり。

不気味に響く女性の声で構内アナウンスが聞こえ、気味の悪いやたらと緊張を強いられる、列車内でのイミグレーションのチェックを受けてたどり着くこの国の首都タリンの駅は、モスクワからの 終着駅で　”最果”　というにふさわしい光景です。

そしてヴィザを取り終えて、再び国境のチェックを重く煩わしく思いながらモスクワ行への列車を待つ　”最果”　の駅です。

時には雪がチラチラ舞っていたり、うら寂しいことこのうえもない北欧の風景でした。

パリに乗り入れて、「タッキー」　なんていわれるそうですけれど、なかなか味がありますよ。

今ではとてもファンシーになって、パリに乗り込んでも、一目見て　”ロシアだ”　とは言われないみたいですよ。

My purpose to go to Estonia was to update the visa as well as Lithuania.
In the era of president Erixtuen was more welcome of foreigners, visa  gave us for one year.
We could get one year visa but still we needed registration from city wherever we like to stay. 
According to the time passes, will be severely tightened against foreigners, is less a city can stay , and now because of changes in the visa, so we  must  go back to our own country.
 
 At that time, we were in Russia, we could updated  only cross the border. I t was a neighbor Estonia gave us a relatively easy to update. Estonia is located in the most north of the Baltic 3 countries.
This small country was able to become a target of big countries around, after the collapse of Soviet Russia to be independent.


Estonia was always only going to get visa.,  we like to go back to Russia as soon as possible because of  immigration, tension to safely return to Russia can not be peace of mind, 
As such, we couldn't  use the mind to explore, the chance to see something this country. we  had to boast just wandering the neighborhood of the Russian Embassy and one part of   downtown Tallinn where my friend had apartment.  Around this area was just like an extension of the Russian.
 
Anyway, Leaving Moscow at evening,  train came out to the border station around 4 o'clock in the morning.
Female announcer voice of the station is creepy, so much  tension, a check of immigration in the train.then came to Tallinn station. it called "END OF THE EARTH" in the terminal from the Moscow I would like to say this landscape.
 
After finishing takes a visa, is station of the snow falling "END OF THE EARTH".  Waiting for the train to the Moscow 、 must go through again  unhappy immigration.

Now international train become very fancy, in Paris people was said used be "The Russian"  not saying now.
