遥かなるロシア シベリアン ハスキー

最近、氏素性の良さそうな犬が我が家の境界線に現れるようになりました。

遠目から察するにハスキーさんのようにも見えますけれど、ハスキーさんの様な上等な犬を放し飼いにする人っているのでしょうかね。

少し様子を見て拾いに行こうと考えていると、「ハスキーが出没している」と家人も言っています。

どうやら飼い主は道を渡ったお隣さんで、ナーシング・ホームの経営者のようです。彼らは老人の世話に忙しくて、散歩をさせる時間がないのかもしれません。

ハスキーといえばだれでも知る、シベリヤの犬ぞりの主役で、数々の良い話がありたくさんあって人々が愛する犬ですね。とても働き者でお利口で、見かけは怖そうに見えるけれど人なっこいそうです。

私たち家族が住んだ南ロシアでハスキーを見かけたことはありませんでしたし、南ロシアに似合う犬ではなく、ツンドラの厚い氷と深い雪がお似合いです。

ここシアトルはハスキーの町ですよ。

シアトルは海洋の影響で気候は温暖ですけれど、北緯３４度に位置し北海道より高緯度の地なので、針葉樹が一年中美しく北極圏の情緒も垣間見られる都市で、ハスキーさん連れの人も多いですよ。ワシントン州立大学のマスコット犬がハスキーなので、ステッカーやポスターに出番が多くシアトル市民のなじみの深い犬ですし、シアトルにはハスキーさんがよく似合います。

何と本日はハスキーさんが我が家に深入りしすぎて、我が家の黒猫ヴァシリーに追っ払われてしまいました。

のどかな動物たちの世界です。



Recently, one nice looking  dog is showing up around our house. It seems like Husky  from long distance. I wonder who give freedom such a nice dog on the street? My families also say that "Husky is appearing" I was thinking if it is a stray dog I am going to pick it up in nest chance.Apparently, the owner is a neighbor who crossed the street and seems to be a manager of nursing home. They may be busy taking care of the old people that have no time to take a walk for the dog.Speaking of Husky, everyone knows that Siberian sledding dog. because of lots of good stories, people love Husky dogs a lots. Husky is a very hard worker, smart also friendly to people.I have never seen a husky in South Russia where our family lived, and it is not a dog suited to South Russia, but a thick tundra ice and deep snow suits it. In Seattle Husky is very popular. This city is mild in climate because  of the ocean but  city is located at 34 degrees north latitude, higher than Hokkaido. City has atmosphere  of the the Arctic Circle and conifer is a beautiful  all year round. Specially Husky the mascot dog at Washington State University. You can see stickers and posters in everywhere I believe more than their home town of Siberia.  Husky is well matched to Seattle. Wow look!   Our black cat Vasily kicked out the Husky that came in our front yard . It is a peaceful animal world.

遥かなるロシア 大統領の帰国後は

プーチン大統領の帰国後、日本の皆さまにおいてはどのような感想があるのでしょうか。

その昔から、日ロ魚業交渉やらなにやらロシアの偉いさんとの交渉はとても難航して、彼ら強面のごり押しがとても強くて、世に存在する「憎たらしい」という言葉は正に、この人たちに相応しいと、若いころの私は何度か憤慨したものです。有無を言うことなく、ソヴィエト時代は脅威の国でしたよね。

ロシアになった今も、プーチン大統領帰国前も後も、「食い逃げ」という言葉が行きかっている日本国ではないですか。

ロシアの今はその様なことはないとも、あるとも言い切れる話ではなさそうです。

互いに歩んできた歴史の道のりが違うし、感性において似たところもありそうだしそうでもなさそうだし、まだまだお互いに理解し信頼できる道のりは遠そうですね。

我がお隣のロシアさんは、人として持つ善悪を共有出来る間違いなく信頼できる家庭ですよ。　　

いつの日かロシア国と、そして世界が理解と信頼で結ばれる日が来ることを祈ることと致します。

What kind of comments do you have in Japan after  President Putin left? Long time ago in many years, negotiations between the Japan-Russia Fishery etc.  negotiations with  Russian  were so difficult that the impression of their pushing was so strong that the word "hateful"  exists in the world is exactly for them that I was ugly when I was young.  Soviet era was a threat country.Even now that the word "escape after eat" going around in Japan before and after  Putin went back?There is no such a thing  now in Russia, but we don't know that can not be. Because  of the history that we have been walking on is different path, there are some similar places and it is not. Understand each other still seems to be need more time .Russian family next to us is a reliable family that can share good and evil in common place.
I will pray that the day will come when Russia and the world can be united with trust.

遥かなるロシア プーチン大統領の来日

日本側は島を返してもらうことを期待し、ロシアは金を出してもらうのを期待し、食い違いがありまして、やはりプーチン大統領という人は並々ならない手ごわい人であるという印象を、日本人は肌で感じましたね。戦前も戦後も何かと、肌に感じたロシアというのがありますし、とは言いながら、何がしかの親近感じみた情を持つ、日本人でもあるのではないですか。

そもそも出だしからして３時間も外国の首相を待たせ、その後の会合も待たせ、この方は自分の目的のためには、世間の常識とか噂話なぞは意にも介さない人であると知られていまして、遅刻したのもエルドワン大統領とシリアの話をしていたとか、本当かなー？　と、本当であったとしても、このお方とその国は疑われてしまう向きがありますね。

日本の隣組は一筋縄ではいかぬ国々が多々ありまして、かじ取りが大変ですね。

平和と安定が両国と最寄りの国へ、もたらされる出発の日であればよいのですけれど、、、、


 The Japanese side expects the island to be returned, Russia expects to get money, there is a discrepancy, impression for us that  President Putin is unparalleled formidable person, . There is something we know Russia is not easy country. Another hand, Japanese we have the feeling that something we close to?Anyway He was delay three hours to see foreign prime minister. World knows He is a person who does not care the common sense for his own purpose. He said reason of delay because of  he was talking  with President Erdwan about  Syria. Even if it is so, there is a  suspected people that we think.The neighborhood in Japan has some countries that are not easy to keep peace. I hope this meeting to bring  peace and stability in the world  ,,,,,

遥かなるロシア 世界で最も影響力のある人物

フォーブスがまとめた今年の「世界で最も影響力のある人物」ランキングでは、またまたロシアのウラジーミル・プーチン大統領が4年連続で首位になりましたね。

ロシアの皆さま、おめでとうございます。と言ったらよいのでしょうか。

そのプーチン氏は来日されておりまして、世界的剛腕をふるって日本を相手に外交をおこなっておりますね。　

日本の皆さまもさぞかし大変なことでしょう、世界に個性的なリーダーが名乗りを上げていますから、日本の皆さまもタフにお過ごしくださいませ。

Congratulations to all of Russia. Is it okay to say?
Mr. Putin has been visiting Japan,  diplomatically opposed to Japan by taking a worldwide stance.
Everyone in Japan will be seriously troubled, as the unique leader of the world is raising a name, the Japanese people will be tough as well.

遥かなるロシア 強気な大統領

今に始まった事ではないけれど、プーチン大統領は実に強気ですね。
その背景は何でしょう。

北方領土も日本側は返還されると、少し調子に乗っていたトーンも下がり気味になってきましたね。

ロシアの学校教育において領土を得たのは　”ドサクサ紛れの火事泥をして”　なんて教えていないので、国民は何処の分捕った地も正当に手に入れたものと思っているのに、「返しましょう」　なんて速やかに事は運びそうもないですよね。

更に最近は 伝道規制法とやらが成立しましたね。教会の敷地以外での伝道活動は違法であるとか、かなり厳しいもののようですが、今に始まった事ではなく新生ロシアになっても、繰り返し繰り返しこのような事は行われていますね。

言い分は、テロとか各種過激派に対処する規制だそうです。

チェチェン騒動やその後に続く各種テロに遭遇した国としては、然るべき対処といえますけれど、時においてかなり行き過ぎではないかとも思います。

ロシア正教以外の外国から来たキリスト教会は、伝道規制に反対してロシア国外に向けて、お祈りの共助を求めていますけれど、随分と世俗的な思想を持ち込むキリスト教会もありますので、ロシアとしたら迷惑かもしれませんよね。

クリスマスを前にしたこの時、敬虔に神様の御心を知って生きたいですね。

President Putin is really bullish as usual.About Japanese Northern Territory  the Japanese tone that is getting  dropped off.Because school in Russia of course not teaching that "unjustly got territory" . the citizen believe that  got it right. that reason it is not easy story.

遥かなるロシア 心温まるお話です。

 　ロシアの古都での心温まるお話です。

　一匹の犬が凍った池に落ち、冷たい水に体温を奪われ溺死寸前だったその犬を救出した、一人の男性の動画が国内外のメディアで報じられ称賛を浴びています。

　彼の行動は死と隣り合わせの危険な行動だったが、冷たい氷に体を投げ出し、小さな命に手を差し伸べ続ける姿はロシア国内のみならず、多くの人々の心を打ち震わせた。
 
　このニュースは コストロマ川がヴォルガ川に注ぐ地、古都コストロマで起こったお話です。 

　一匹の犬が凍った池に落ちてしまう事件があった。善意の人が救急サービスに通報し、犬を心配する人々は一刻も早い救助を祈っていた。

 　だが、犬の体力は限界に近そうだ。かといって助けるといっても、いつ割れるかわからない氷の上では、一歩間違えば犬も救えず自分も溺れる可能性もある。張り詰めた空気のなか、突然ある男性が動いた！

　服を脱ぎ、上半身裸になってその池に駆け寄ったのだ。

 　下半身も肌着のみの男性は、氷に前足をかけてはい上がろうとする犬のそばに腹ばいになり、体重を分散させながらその前足に両手を伸ばした。しかし、動転している犬はとっさに男性の手に噛みついてしまう。

 　それでも男性はあきらめなかった。態勢を立て直し、再び氷にすがる犬をどうにかしてつかもうと腕を動かしながらにじり寄る。それ以上近寄ると彼も池の中に落ちてしまいそうだ。

　その時だった。犬の口を避けつつタイミングを計っていた男性の右手が、沈みかけていた犬の首の後ろグッとつかんだ。
 　
固唾をのんで救出劇を見守っていた人々からは歓声が上がり、命拾いした犬は後ろをちらりと振り返りつつヒョコヒョコと立ち去っていく。

In Russia on the 7th of this month, one dog fell into a frozen pond drownings ice cold water. One man rescued a dog . has been reported to overseas media. He was a dangerous to death or live, but he went on cold ice and continuing to reach out to a dog.  his heart went through not only in Russia but also in the many people in the world. 
 In Russia's city Cost Coma, there was a case that one dog fell into a frozen pond. People were asked  the emergency services, people worried about dogs were praying for early rescue coming.
 However, the dog's physical strength seems to be close to its limit. Even  you can help but on the ice that you do not know when to break, there is also the possibility of drowning yourself without saving dogs if you make a mistake. A man a sudden  took action ! He took off  his clothes and ran up to the pond with his upper body naked.
 A man with only the underwear.  a dog trying to get up and stretched his hands. However, the confused dog bites a man 's hand.
 Still the man did not give up who was measuring the timing while avoiding the dog's mouth grasped behind the neck of the dog who was sinking.
The cheers have risen from the people, and the rescued dog who looked around and quietly left.

プーチン大統領とトランプ氏は選挙期間中、エールを交わしておりましたよね。

今後、どの様な外交が展開されていくのかは推測し難いけれど、世界の混乱の収拾と平和への道を開いて欲しいものですね。
