遥かなるロシア ダーチャ

ダーチャと言えば、ロシアを代表する文化ですね。

ダーチャはピョートル大帝時代に始まったそうで、もともとは裕福層の別荘を意味していたそうですが、ソ連時代以降、希望者には国家から供給されるようになり、国民に平均６００平方メートルの農地がタダで与えられたそうです。

過去食糧難を幾度も経験してきたロシアは、ブレジネフ時代に国策として自給自足が打ち出され、80年代には、国民の8割が菜園つき別荘のダーチャを所有するようになりました。

経済が著しく混乱していたソ連末期やロシア共和国初期、ハイバーインフレや給与支払い滞りで、日々の食料調達もままならなかったロシア国民にとって、自給自足という最終手段で食料を得る（自力でビン詰加工など保存食も製造・保管していた）最後の砦の場であり、このダーチャゆえに飢えから救われたという目覚しい働きを示しました。

国民の8割が自給自足できる、農園を持つと言うことがどれほど自らと国を安定させるでしょうか。

古代ローマが強かったのも、このようなシステムがあったと聞きます。

私たちも夏になると、ダーチャに招かれて行きました。
菜園の手伝いをし、収穫した新鮮な野菜を料理し楽しくおいしく食しました。

秋の初めのころには、近くの林に茸狩りに行き、冬に備えて貯蔵食品も作りました。

彼らは特別の用具を使うこともなく、とても上手に素早くトマトのビン詰やピクルスなぞを作ることができます。
たくさん取れたキャベツなぞは、地下壕に蓄えておきます。
ある冬なぞは、外に突き出たバルコニー一杯に貯蔵されたキャベツを見たことがあります。

問題は訪ねたダーチャの何処もが水の便が悪く、バケツで水を遠方から運んでこなければならないので、水を惜しんで使いました。

食器なぞも満足に洗うことさえできませんので、彼らがどのように食器を洗っているかを知れば食欲がなくなりますよ。

田園に住むロシア人は水を余り使わなくてもよい、サウナ持つようになったのかもしれません。

それにしても近頃は、若者たちはどこの先進国もがそうであるように農業を嫌い、ダーチャ離れが甚だしいのではありませんか。

ロシア人は土から離れてはならないと心して、このような良い生活伝統を受け継いでほしいですね。

われわれもこの世界経済の様子を見聞きするにつけ、このロシアの英知を相続していきたいと本気で考えます。

Dacia of Russian culture is world famous.Dacia is likely began in the era Peter the Great, originally I heard that has meant a villa of the wealthy, since the Soviet era, those who wish to have  agricultural land of 600 square meters on average, people were  given from government. 

Russia has experienced a food shortage on several occasions the past, self-sufficiency is put forward as a national policy to the Brezhnev era, the 1980s, 80% of the population now owns a summer cottage with a garden of the villa.
In the end of the Soviet Union,  procurement of food every day in delay salary payments and high bar inflation economy had been confusion significantly,  that the self-sufficiency on their own  produce that was saved from hunger because this Dacia.
What will bring stability to the country itself  that 80% of the people to have self-sufficing, the plantation.
I also hear that ancient Rome was strong, and there was a such a system.
In the summer we also went to Dacia been invited.
Food was delicious and fun to cook fresh vegetables to help the vegetable garden, were harvested.
By the time of the beginning of the fall, go to hunt mushrooms in the woods near, people made a stored food for the winter.
 They can make tomato pickles quickly and very well packed in bottles without special tools.
 A lot of vegetables were stored in the underground bunker.
In winter , I have seen the 2nd floor apartment. Cabbages were stored in a balcony   

 Problem was water in many places of Dacia didn't pave good system so that must occur in a bucket of water brought from afar, was frugal with water use.
They can not even wash dishes to satisfy ,  If you know how they were to clean dishes, you will lose the appetite.  Russian people living in the countryside do not have to use much water, might have began to have a sauna.
These days, young people do not like the agriculture, they were leaving from Dacis.
Russians need to carry on the tradition I hope such a good life and should not be away from the soil. 

I like to have Dacia in this confusing world economy time.
