今年はロシア革命100周年ですね。
100年といえば、歴史の教科書の中の出来事のように思えます。
1917年のロシア革命を前後して、ロシア界隈は内も外も血なまぐさい沢山の闘争がありました。
スターリンやレーニンの名は、その恐怖政治で我々をうんざりさせてくれます。
その間もロシアの人々はじっと我慢して、冬の寒さの中に凍結されていた期間でした。
今も経済制裁なぞを食らって、楽ではないでしょうけれど、あの時代を思ってみれば何のそのかもしれません。
どのような中でも彼らは、彼らの文化と伝統を守り貫いているあっぱれな民族だと思います。

Around the Russian revolution in 1917, there were a lot of bloody struggles inside outside in the Russian . The names of Stalin and Lenin make us scary with terror politics. Meanwhile, people in Russia a time that was frozen in the coldness of winter. They are not easy yet now getting economic sanctions. Whatever the circumstances for them, I think they are wonderful peoples who keeps their culture and tradition.
最近知り合いになった我が家の向こう隣のハスキーさんの故郷はシベリア北東の端も端、チュクチ族が住むチュクチ半島なのだと改めて知りました。
同じロシア国でありながら、私たちが住んでいた南ロシアからは果てしなく遠い別の世界です。とは言いながら、ベーリング海峡を挟んで、アメリカとはお隣さん同士ですよね。遥か昔ここらは陸続きで、厳しい自然の中で人々は遊牧をしながらトナカイさん達もハスキーさん達も、自由に行きかっていたのでしたね。
言わずと知れたツンドラ地帯なので、冬はマイナス５０度に及ぶとか。気の遠くなる話です。よく人が住みますね。何万年も前から何かのきっかけでここに住み着き、世界にもっと住みよいところがあるのを知ることもなく、知った時から若者達が故郷を離れ、徐々に人口減になり、今では激減しているという話です。
彼らを統治しているロシア人よりもずっと前から住んでいて、モンゴルの襲来もあったし、帝政ロシア、ソビエトロシア、新生ロシアと体制が変わる度に、中央政府から遠方に住んでいた民族であったとしても、、何らかの影響を受けてきて多くの苦労があったようですが、大自然は変わることなく彼らと共にあり、トナカイさんたちもハスキーさんたちも共にあり、昔も今もここでハスキーさんたちは橇を曳いたり、狩のお手伝いをしているのですね。
極寒の大自然の中で、カラフルな気質のハスキーさんたちは、彼らの良き癒しの友となっていることでしょう。
神様はどこに住む人たちにも、愛してやまない仲間たちを準備しておられるのですね。
Now I know that the hometown of Husky, the end of northeastern Siberia, it is the Chukchi
peninsula that Chukchi people are living there.It is another end of the world from South Russia where we lived. That said but across the Bering Strait, neighboring with the United States. Long long time ago land was connected for them free to go everywhere. We know it is a tundra region that in winter it ranged minus 50 degrees. How can I live there. Because of some reason,
tens of thousands of years ago some people came to live here, after generation they did not know
that there are better places to live in the world, once someone knew more good place, young people were
leaving from hometown, they are population gradually getting smaller and smaller.
They lived long time ago
than the Russians who govern them, there was also Mongolian invasion,
and every time the regime changed with Empire Russia, Soviet Russia, and
New Russia as being a distant ethnic group from the central government It seems there was a lot of hardship they were experienced. Great
nature is unchanged with them, both reindeers and huskies are with them always.,
Among the extreme cold nature, Husky are good helper for them also comfort them. God is preparing fellows no matter where people lived.
昨日放し飼いのハスキーさんと多少知り合いになれて、何とか頭なぜなぜくらいはしたいのですけれど、飼い主から 「知らない人に近寄ってはいけないよ」 と言われているのか、沢山お話したのでしたけれど、「もうおうちに帰らないと～」とか言って去って行ってしまいました。
それではと、息子が水道管の修理をしているので、そちらの様子を見ようと向きを変えると、何と息子の後方２メートル先に立っているではありませんか。
このハスキーさんはまだ興味津々の若者で、私たちが何者で何をしているのかとても気になるようでした。
ハスキーさんの顔立ちが強面で、何となく彼らの祖国の大統領に似ていると思いませんか。その風貌からして親しみが持てそうもないと思っていたのですが、彼らの性格はフレンドリーで親切なのだそうです。厳しいシベリアの地でエスキモー（チュクチ族）たちの生活とともにあり、橇を曳いたり狩猟の手伝いをしたり、彼らなくしてエスキモーの生活も成り立たないほどの存在なのですね。
厳しい自然の中で重労働をこなすハスキーさんたちを、普通の社会で生活を共にするためには沢山の運動量をこなさないといけないそうです。
橇を曳いているハスキーさんたちの表情は、とても力ずよく生き生きとしていますよね。
その様なわけで、ハスキーさんを生活の仲間にしようかしらとも思っていたのですけれど、考え直すことにしました。
その様なわけで、お隣さんも放し飼いに決めたのかもしれませんけれど、近所の車が走る道なのに、時々車が立ち往生していたり、警笛を鳴らしたりしていますよ。
我々の住処は家が立て込んでいる所ではないけれど、ハスキーさんにはもっと広い場所が必要なようで可哀そうな思いはさせたくないですね。

I mad friendship with neighborhood Husky yesterday but she is so careful to someone who does not know never come close taking 2meters apart from me. we talk a lots. Finally She went back home.
My son is repairing the water pipe, so I went see what my son is doing " here she is!" standing behind the
son that two meters apart. This Husky was still a curious young lady, so it seemed to be very concerned about who we are and what we are doing. Husky 's face is so strong, somehow resemble the President of their mother country. but their personality seems to be friendly and kind. they are lives with Eskimos in the harsh Siberian land, they are good helper for Eskimo. therefore In ordinary society live together with Husky we need a lots of walk and run together.I can see the Huskies who are pulling a cockle they looks so full of life.For that reason, I wanted to have Husky a friend of my life, but I decided not . For that reason, my neighbor to leave her alone, but the car in the neighborhood runs, sometimes the car is stuck or made a horn.our neighbor is not a place where the house is close each other, but it seems that Husky
needs more wider space and I do not want to make
them feel sad.
最近、氏素性の良さそうな犬が我が家の境界線に現れるようになりました。
遠目から察するにハスキーさんのようにも見えますけれど、ハスキーさんの様な上等な犬を放し飼いにする人っているのでしょうかね。
少し様子を見て拾いに行こうと考えていると、「ハスキーが出没している」と家人も言っています。
どうやら飼い主は道を渡ったお隣さんで、ナーシング・ホームの経営者のようです。彼らは老人の世話に忙しくて、散歩をさせる時間がないのかもしれません。
ハスキーといえばだれでも知る、シベリヤの犬ぞりの主役で、数々の良い話がありたくさんあって人々が愛する犬ですね。とても働き者でお利口で、見かけは怖そうに見えるけれど人なっこいそうです。
私たち家族が住んだ南ロシアでハスキーを見かけたことはありませんでしたし、南ロシアに似合う犬ではなく、ツンドラの厚い氷と深い雪がお似合いです。
ここシアトルはハスキーの町ですよ。
シアトルは海洋の影響で気候は温暖ですけれど、北緯３４度に位置し北海道より高緯度の地なので、針葉樹が一年中美しく北極圏の情緒も垣間見られる都市で、ハスキーさん連れの人も多いですよ。ワシントン州立大学のマスコット犬がハスキーなので、ステッカーやポスターに出番が多くシアトル市民のなじみの深い犬ですし、シアトルにはハスキーさんがよく似合います。
何と本日はハスキーさんが我が家に深入りしすぎて、我が家の黒猫ヴァシリーに追っ払われてしまいました。
のどかな動物たちの世界です。
Recently, one nice looking dog is showing up around our house. It seems like Husky from long distance. I wonder who give freedom such a nice dog on the street? My families also say that "Husky is appearing" I was thinking if it is a stray dog I am going to pick it up in nest chance.Apparently, the owner is a neighbor who crossed the street and seems to be a manager of nursing home. They may be busy taking care of the old people that have no time to take a walk for the dog.Speaking
of Husky, everyone knows that Siberian sledding dog. because of lots of good stories, people love Husky dogs a lots. Husky is a very hard worker, smart also friendly to people.I have never seen a husky in South Russia where our family lived, and
it is not a dog suited to South Russia, but a thick tundra ice and deep
snow suits it. In Seattle Husky is very popular. This city
is mild in climate because of the ocean but city
is located at 34 degrees north latitude, higher than Hokkaido. City has atmosphere of the the Arctic Circle and
conifer is a beautiful all year round. Specially Husky the mascot dog at Washington State University. You can see stickers and posters in everywhere I believe more than their home town of Siberia. Husky is well matched to Seattle. Wow look! Our black cat Vasily kicked out the Husky that came in our front yard . It is a peaceful animal world.
プーチン大統領の帰国後、日本の皆さまにおいてはどのような感想があるのでしょうか。
その昔から、日ロ魚業交渉やらなにやらロシアの偉いさんとの交渉はとても難航して、彼ら強面のごり押しがとても強くて、世に存在する「憎たらしい」という言葉は正に、この人たちに相応しいと、若いころの私は何度か憤慨したものです。有無を言うことなく、ソヴィエト時代は脅威の国でしたよね。
ロシアになった今も、プーチン大統領帰国前も後も、「食い逃げ」という言葉が行きかっている日本国ではないですか。
ロシアの今はその様なことはないとも、あるとも言い切れる話ではなさそうです。
互いに歩んできた歴史の道のりが違うし、感性において似たところもありそうだしそうでもなさそうだし、まだまだお互いに理解し信頼できる道のりは遠そうですね。
我がお隣のロシアさんは、人として持つ善悪を共有出来る間違いなく信頼できる家庭ですよ。
いつの日かロシア国と、そして世界が理解と信頼で結ばれる日が来ることを祈ることと致します。

日本側は島を返してもらうことを期待し、ロシアは金を出してもらうのを期待し、食い違いがありまして、やはりプーチン大統領という人は並々ならない手ごわい人であるという印象を、日本人は肌で感じましたね。戦前も戦後も何かと、肌に感じたロシアというのがありますし、とは言いながら、何がしかの親近感じみた情を持つ、日本人でもあるのではないですか。
そもそも出だしからして３時間も外国の首相を待たせ、その後の会合も待たせ、この方は自分の目的のためには、世間の常識とか噂話なぞは意にも介さない人であると知られていまして、遅刻したのもエルドワン大統領とシリアの話をしていたとか、本当かなー？ と、本当であったとしても、このお方とその国は疑われてしまう向きがありますね。
日本の隣組は一筋縄ではいかぬ国々が多々ありまして、かじ取りが大変ですね。
平和と安定が両国と最寄りの国へ、もたらされる出発の日であればよいのですけれど、、、、
